Raspberry Reds and Gold For A November Wedding

There is something warm and cosy about a November wedding.


The problem at this time of year is to embrace the colour that is all around us, the shops are full of gold, glitter and glitz, without your wedding becoming too Christmassy!

One stunning way to achieve this is to look at some of the lighter shades of red that work so well against the warm glow of gold or perfect champagne tones.

Right now I’m thinking of Raspberry and Gold – not too heavy and not too red – warm enough to work well against all shades of Cranberry too!

These colours carry you over from Autumn into Winter.  This shade of red is rich and romantic, go paler to be pretty, lean towards the darker cranberry shades to stun your guests and add drama.

Raspberry and gold as a combination is  both elegant and rich without being heavy.  Softer shades of pink or ivory can balance it out beautifully for a dreamy and utterly more romantic feel.
